The regular battery of the AED has a lifespan of about 5-6 years (depending on usage). The defibrillator indicates via a service LED when the batteries need to be replaced.

Protection 

Due to its high resistance against dust and water contamination, the DefiSign LIFE can be hung inside or outside, please note that a special outdoor defibrillator cabinet is required if you wish to store the defibrillator outside.
